Returns and Exchanges
Crown of Blades offers high-quality, made-to-order products crafted with care:

- Standard print
Production times are approximately 5-7 business days, starting 24 hours after your order is placed.
If you're unhappy with the items you’ve received, please contact us at contact@crownofblades.com before initiating a return. Merchandise returned without prior contact may not be processed correctly.
Returns
We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order. Correct shipping information is essential for timely delivery.
To begin a return, please email contact@crownofblades.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Please allow 7-10 business days after the item is received for your return to be processed.
Important:
The return address will be provided via email. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
We may decline a return if we suspect fraud, abuse of our returns policy, or the return of non-defective products. We may also refuse a return if the product has been damaged or altered by the customer, or if the item has been used in a manner that is not consistent with its intended purpose.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued as store credit via digital gift card (minus shipping fees) after the returned items are inspected.
- Damaged or defective items: Store credit will be issued for the full purchase price.
- Incorrect orders: If you decline our offer to replace the item, you will receive store credit equal to 50% of the purchase price.
Cancellations
Please order carefully. If you need to cancel an order, contact contact@crownofblades.com within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to intercept the order before production begins, but cancellations are not guaranteed.
Shipping
Crown of Blades ships exclusively to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days once your item has been released from production. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible store credit.

I received the wrong item. How do I get my correct order?
Email contact@crownofblades.com with a photo of the incorrect item. Once verified, we’ll send you the correct order at no additional cost.
I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?
Email contact@crownofblades.com with photos of the issue for verification. We’ll send a replacement or issue store credit if needed.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Email contact@crownofblades.com to start the return process. Exchanges are subject to size availability.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we may be unable to update your shipping information.
I want to cancel my order.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, items enter production and cannot be canceled.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes 5-7 business days, with an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
I received my tracking information, but my package hasn’t arrived.
If your package is delayed or lost, contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If the issue isn’t resolved, email us at contact@crownofblades.com for further assistance.

Do you ship overseas?
At this time, Crown of Blades ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands only.
I entered the wrong shipping address!
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at contact@crownofblades.com and let us know you need to update your address. Be sure to include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.
We will do our best to update the shipping address before your order ships. If the order ships before we can make the change, please reply to our message once the tracking information shows it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive the returned package, we will ship out a replacement to the correct address.

How long will it take me to get my orders?
Delivery times vary based on your location. Orders processed for the Lower 48 States typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands may take 7-16 days. You’ll receive detailed delivery information in your confirmation email.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your tracking number, contact us at contact@crownofblades.com, and make sure to include your order number, we’ll be happy to assist you!
Why won't my order complete?
If the billing address zip code and the card information don't match, our system will decline the order.
Here are a few solutions to resolve the issue:
- Retry the order with the same card, ensuring the billing zip code and CVV code are entered correctly.
- Use a PayPal account to complete your purchase.
- Try using a different credit or debit card.
